General Terms

I reserve the right to accept or deny any commission that has been offered to me with or without reason, I will let you know whether your order has been denied or not. 

These TOS are subject to change. Be sure to check back occasionally before each purchase. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms, I will not excuse any individuals who have failed to read and comply with my TOS.

 

Be sure to keep me updated on any and all contact information. If you intend on deactivating, moving, or quitting the account(s) I've been communicating with you on, you must immediately inform me as to where to contact you next. Failure to do so will result it being declared abandoned thus cancelation, commission scrapped, and not receiving a refund. You will be given 3 days to notify me of your new contact info, before it's discontinued.

I do not give consent for my art to be involved with NFT/Crypto currencies or AI work no matter if for personal or commercial use.

Before You Order

Payment will be a 50/50 transaction, this ensures I can trust my customer to pay for my time.

You will have 7 days to present the payment before I consider beginning work on your order.

After payment, be patient - I have a daily life just as you do, which means your order can take time.

I also have a medical problem with my wrists,

meaning this along with life itself slows me down at times. Keep this in mind, as in no way will I be forcing myself through any pain to work on your order. I appreciate your patience with this in mind.

Please allow for 7 days after payment before asking about your order. I will be sure to update you along the way, if I run into something that doesn't allow me to continue work on your order,

you will get a full refund. 

You can cancel your order at any point, but depending on how far along I am into it you will only be refunded a certain percentage of your 50% payment. For example, if I have not started work yet, you will get a full refund. If I am halfway into the progress, you will get half of what you paid me back.

 

References should be concise, up to date, visual, and easy to follow. I can only work with the materials I'm provided. I do not work with shaded, painted, or traditionally drawn media unless you have digital media as well. I will refuse descriptive/written references alone. This is to ensure I draw your character/custom accurately as possible to guarantee customer satisfaction. Stock photos, color swatches, or other substitutes is welcomed. If you'd like to include additional requests for your commission(s); such as certain expressions, accessories, poses, etc. you must inform me beforehand on your order(s) form. I am not obligated to make any further edits due to vague, lacking or outdated information after the sketch has been approved.

If you'd like your order to be completely private and never posted to social media, there will be an additional 5$-20$ payment depending on the order. My art is promotional for my commissions and used in my portfolio, it's not easy for me to get a rendered piece out in just one week to begin with. Spending my time on your order and being unable to post it takes more of my time away from me.

      (Payment is USD through CASHAPP.)   

Prices are half the original cost per additional character.

(Ex: a flat color full body including 2 characters will cost 45$ total, and so fourth.) Please note that bigger pieces will take longer to complete. 

For simple backgrounds such as shapes or lines behind the character, that will be free. 

For more complex backgrounds, currently I will only be able to provide basic backgrounds like with grass, clouds, rocks and some water. I can also do some basic indoor backgrounds at the moment. Some of these things are more complex than others, resulting in some varying price, but this is something I'm willing to stay inside of your extra budget for. This can be an additional 5-30$ based on complexity. PLEASE send all references and details of what you're wanting, this will make the process much easier and less time consuming for both of us.

My prices are based on my time, effort and experience. Any price will vary a tad depending on the complexity of the background, character, detail, etc.

I will make complete sure you are okay with the price before it is set in stone.

You're allowed to pay early OR wait until you're the current order to be worked on, this makes cancellation easier if you decide to withdraw your order, thus making both sides feel more secure during the wait. I will inform you when I plan to begin work on your commission.

You will be given 3 days to respond before your order is cancelled/I move onto someone else's.

I work in chronological order; oldest to most recent. Please keep this in mind.

Clients will receive a watermarked version of their commission. If you wish to remove the watermark, there will be an additional charge which we will discuss. A small signature will remain on non-watermarked pieces for protective reasons. This cannot be removed. IF you remove the watermark in some way without my permission, you will be blacklisted and I will not take commissions from you again. You will also receive a transparent and non-transparent version of your commission as well, if it came with a background.

If you wish to use the art I've made for you for commercial use, please credit me and link this site in your post. I also would not mind being given a link to what you've used my work in - this isn't necessary, but seeing what you've made with it/used it for is something I would enjoy.

 I do not claim to own/designed any characters I draw in art commissions or intellectual properties (IP) unless stated othered, F.E: my terms are breached. Proper credit will usually be listed unless a client asks otherwise. I do however, retain the right to post, use, and promote my business with my art whether it'd be digital or physical form. I will not share profits, but it will be stated I have no ownership of the subject, other than in the form of the artwork I created of them.

If you lose any files of your commission(s), I am not guaranteed to have the artwork saved still to replace it. I sometimes delete files to save on space. Please make sure to save any files/versions of your commission(s) you receive and create backups if necessary.

I Will Not Draw:

Things against my beliefs/evil in my beliefs. This includes demonic things or witchcraft related things. I ask that you respect my beliefs and do not find loopholes to this, just as I will respect yours.

 I will not draw drugs into an image. A character who has done them before is an exception (as is alcohol), but I prefer not to draw the drug itself. (This is not against addicts/recovering addicts, I have my reasons.) Politics, controversial topics, hateful/offensive content, NSFW, or in another artists style. I also cannot currently draw anthropomorphic characters.

I Will Draw:

Humans, some animals (including fantasy, message me any questions), My Little Pony, pattern backgrounds, basic scenery backgrounds, light gore, humans with ears and tails, hybrid humans (such as centaurs, mermaids, etc), different perspectives, wings (I actually adore drawing wings!), chibis, armor, and more.

If there is anything I haven't listed here, don't be afraid message me and ask questions. I can draw almost anything with reference, but asking me the specifics allows me to communicate and really confirm with you whether I can or not! It also helps me to add to these lists for others like you.

Mini Requests! An Optional Plus

Exclusively for those who have purchased, I have what's called Mini Requests. These are optional concept ideas you can send me that have the possibility of being seen in my future art OR my upcoming comic! This can be as simple as a favorite animal you have that you'd like to see merged with your favorite flower or color, to something as crazy as giving me a huge concept for

an illustration you'd like to see. You can get as detailed as you'd like!

This cannot include one of your own creations or oc's, as this is a free plus to commissioning me. 

Examples of what you can ask for that you'd like to see:

A character of mine (from my comic or not) in a outfit you like, a favorite animal, a type of scene (desert, beach, etc), a funny scenario for my characters, a challenge (like an inktober prompt, one brush only, one line only, one color, etc.)

Tell me what you'd like to see, and your request will be added to a list of requests that will eventually be illustrated one day. By doing this, I can show some appreciation for my supporters through what I know best, art. If you'd like me to credit you for the request when I've done it, let me know how I should and I will do exactly that.

Other/Not Specified

Complaints about my prices will be treated as abusive conduct and will result in a strike. Strikes mean you are close to being blacklisted from any further purchases from me.

You are not obligated to commission me, and I am not obligated to lower my prices. I will not draw for free either, unless I officially state otherwise.

Attempts to haggle, lowball, bribe, receive discounts, guilt trip or offer other types of "payment" will not be accepted and will result in a strike.

Extremely rude, disturbing, or inapropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. I will ask you to stop two times and two times only. If you persist, it will in a complete cancellation of your order and you will be blacklisted. No refunds will be provided either since you've went against my terms. I have the right to refuse any further services to anyone.

By reading and messaging "Pongos Terms" at the end of your order form(s), you have confirmed that you have read and agreed to abide by my terms of service.

These terms have a 3 strike warning. After you've received 3 strikes, you will be blacklisted and blocked. Mass offensives will result in an immediate blacklist.
